Transparent Pricing for Listing Services

We provide flexible pricing plans for every type of lease agreement:

• Long-Term Lease (8+ Months): 100% of 1 Month’s Rent
• Mid-Term Lease (4–7 Months): 50% of 1 Month’s Rent
• Short-Term Lease (Up to 3 Months): 10% Monthly Fee (No Lease Fee)
• Renewal/Transfer Fee: $200
• Ongoing Management Fee for Short-Term Leases (3+ Months): 8% Monthly Fee

• Custom Leasing Options: We generate tailored short-term furnished leases and addenda.
• Reservation Screening: Comprehensive screening for platforms lacking these capabilities.

Guest Relations & Property Management

• Guest Experience: Pre-check-in inspections, check-in/check-out facilitation, and guest communication support.
• Property Maintenance: Regular cleanings, bi-weekly inspections, and service requests handled efficiently.
• Essential Supplies: Stocking toiletries and basic guest essentials.
• Dynamic Pricing: Weekly adjustments based on market trends to keep revenue optimal.
• Financial Management: Collecting payments, resolving damages, and filing move-out documentation.

• Onboarding Fee: $500 per unit
• Booking Fees:
• Stays under 30 Days: 15% of all monies collected per booking.
• Stays of 30 Days or More: 10% of all monies collected per booking.

• Please note: Services exclude construction, permanent installations, or moving heavy onsite furniture.

From setting up utilities and Wi-Fi to preparing your property for photo shoots, we ensure every detail aligns with your vision. Whether you prefer a specific color scheme or theme, we bring your ideas to life.

Add-On Pricing

• Living Room: $500
• Flex Room or Office: $375
• Bedroom: $450
• Outdoor Amenities / Seating: $100 - $400

Pricing includes sourcing, shopping, installation, setup, and staging.

For those who already have furniture and décor, we also offer setup-only services to help with arranging and installing your existing items.
