Ongoing Management Services
- Monthly Management Fee: 8% per occupied unit

- Coordinating maintenance requests and amenities upkeep (e.g., pools, community spaces)
- Overseeing resident renewals and retention strategies
- Conducting weekly competitive market analysis
- Filing evictions and court appearances on behalf of the owner
Additional Fee:
- Onboarding Fee: $200 per occupied unit
Listing & Marketing Services
- Advertise on top listing sites and social media platforms
- Create professional listing ads, including photos and neighborhood descriptions
- Conduct rental market analysis
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings
- Generate applications and lease agreements
- Screen applicants (income, credit, and background checks)
- Collect application fees
Transparent Pricing for Listing Services
We provide flexible pricing plans for every type of lease agreement:
- Long-Term Lease (8+ Months): 100% of 1 Month’s Rent
- Mid-Term Lease (4–7 Months): 50% of 1 Month’s Rent
- Short-Term Lease (Up to 3 Months): 10% Monthly Fee (No Lease Fee)
- Renewal/Transfer Fee: $200
- Ongoing Management Fee for Short-Term Leases (3+ Months): 8% Monthly Fee
