• Filing evictions and court appearances on behalf of the owner

• Advertise on top listing sites and social media platforms
• Create professional listing ads, including photos and neighborhood descriptions
• Conduct rental market analysis
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings
• Generate applications and lease agreements
• Screen applicants (income, credit, and background checks)
• Collect application fees

Transparent Pricing for Listing Services

We provide flexible pricing plans for every type of lease agreement:

• Long-Term Lease (8+ Months): 100% of 1 Month’s Rent
• Mid-Term Lease (4–7 Months): 50% of 1 Month’s Rent
• Short-Term Lease (Up to 3 Months): 10% Monthly Fee (No Lease Fee)
• Renewal/Transfer Fee: $200
• Ongoing Management Fee for Short-Term Leases (3+ Months): 8% Monthly Fee
