Property management was part of my background long before Bayou City Luxe. Years later, my brother and I found ourselves on the owner side of the business, managing furnished rentals of our own. That experience brought a different perspective—bookings, guests, turnovers, pricing, maintenance, and all the details that come with keeping a rental running. What started with our own properties eventually grew into managing for other owners, and Bayou City Luxe grew with it.
